Order Acceptance and Confirmation

A 30% Deposit is required to confirm all orders with the balance to be paid on or before delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

We prefer you to be present at time of delivery to inspect your goods and pay the driver. Goods not paid for at the time will not be left and you will be charged for re-delivery.

Delivery to Ground Floor only unless help is provided.

Order confirmation will be sent to you. Please read it carefully to ensure the details are correct.

Terms and Conditions

Repro Direct have a Policy of Continuous Improvement and reserve the right to modify or change design and or specification, without prior notification. Whilst every effort is made to produce up-to-date literature, this should not be regarded as an infallible guide to current specification. The Terms Mahogany, Yew Wood etc. do not mean that any item is made entirely of that wood. Wood and Leather are natural products and there may be colour, texture and grain variation. All sizes are approximate. If operating computer equipment, ensure you allow appropriate ventilation for your equipment.

Delivery

We use our own furniture van for deliveries within the UK, with experienced drivers who offer a professional service at all times.

Delivery times vary according to stock availability and the time of year,
but are approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
You will be contacted the week prior to despatch to advise your delivery day. Deliveries take place during normal working hours, Monday to Friday.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you are placing your order by email, telephone, fax or post and there has been no face to face meeting prior to ordering by one of these methods then the distance selling regulations will apply to this order. This allows you to cancel this order at any time up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods. Written notification is required within the above time scale either by email, fax, post or hand delivered to the contact address shown on your order acknowledgement.

Please note that cancellation does not apply to special items made to customers' requirements or on variations made to our standard specification or colour.

If the delivery of the goods has taken place then the delivery charge cannot be cancelled. An additional charge will apply for collecting goods; the cost will be the same as the original delivery cost. The goods must be kept and returned in an undamaged condition.
